Sometimes I think my life's quest as a paper crafter is to find the creme de la creme of paper... and while I'm searching I'll enjoy each fun line I find. Well this little creation was designed with a cutesy line from K&Company called "Carolyn Gavin". I really had fun with it. For those who know my style, know that I am a pinky person...a "pinkosaurus" if you will, but every now and then I like to get a little crazy. And this was the perfect paper to take me out of my element. People who know me also know that I have lepidopterophobia but I really love them all over my projects. Alright I like using the scientific name because it makes it sound not so silly,
but yes butterflies! This set would make a great gift. I used the new chipboard book that they have for $1 at Michael's and decorated a glass vase from the set of die cut flowers that came from the same line of paper. I enjoy scavenging the discount bins after the holidays because you can find all kinds of cheap neat stuff. I'm not sure if you can see the sparkle on the decorated pencils but they where from Easter and can be used anytime. I decorated the pencils with ribbon, flowers and those dreaded
butterfly diecuts (SU.) This was fun, just wanted to share.
Pinkosaurus! How cute! I am loving the paisley as well. Thanks for sharing!
